The Okeover also has an excellent selection of meals - both for lunchtimes and evenings.
Since August 2008 the pub has been under new management. The new licensee Bob and his wife Julie have transformed the place! - Choice of real ales, and excellent food. Resturant food rather then "pub grub". Also open for coffee and teas in the morning. Their resturant is quickly becoming well known in the area for its quality food - all cooked from fresh on the premises - no frozen, "catering pack" meals here.
On Sundays they have an excellent carvery,
Open luchtimes and evenings in the week, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
They do not however allow children under 16 in, in the evenings.
The pub has a large car-park and plenty of outside tables. In the spring and summer it is a popular "watering hole" for walkers and cyclists.
