The Leys Resource Centre |
Residential care by referral only. 35 long stay beds 2 short term care beds (respite care) Outreach meals to Henmore Centre, Doveridge Day Centre, Bankcroft, Bradbourne Day Centre and people in the community unable to cook for themselves. Wednesdays - ‘May day Club’ for physically frail ‘younger’ elderly - who are mentally very agile. Mostly these people have suffered a stroke. |

Doveridge Day Centre - In The Village Hall |
Day Centre takes up to 15 people. Run by one Assistant Manager, one Community Support Worker and volunteers. Offers respite care to enable carers to have some time for themselves. Every Friday for people from Doveridge, Sudbury and villages between Ashbourne and Doveridge (e.g. Marston Montgomery, Cubley, Boylestone etc.) |
